Fluxora Privacy Policy

1. Overview & The Service

Fluxora ("the App") provides automated data synchronization, visual field mapping, and inventory integration ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

2. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access specific types of information from your Shopify account via official Shopify APIs strictly necessary to perform product mapping and inventory synchronization:

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information directly from merchants once you have installed the App:

• Merchant Account Information: Details about you and staff members who access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing information managed through Shopify Billing API.
• App Usage & Device Information: Technical details when you interact with the App interface, such as IP address, web browser specifications, time zone settings, and essential session cookie data.

Tracking Technologies Used:

• "Cookies": Essential data files placed on your device or browser that include an anonymous unique identifier for merchant session authentication. For more information about cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.
• "Log files": Audit logs tracking actions occurring within the App, capturing IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, sync timestamps, and row import telemetry.

3. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App effectively. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Execute automated and scheduled background product and inventory synchronization workflows.
• Apply visual field mappings, JSON path parsing, custom scripts, and CSV data imports accurately.
• Communicate with you regarding sync execution status, error logs, subscription billing, and customer support.
• Monitor application stability, optimize performance, and prevent unauthorized store access.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information only with trusted third-party service providers (such as secure cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers) necessary to run and operate the App.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or store information to third parties.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

5. Behavioural Advertising & Opt-Out

We may use merchant contact information to provide you with important product updates or communications we believe may be of interest to you.

6. European Residents Rights (GDPR)

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you subscribe to the App via Shopify), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

7. Data Retention & Erasure

When you install and use the App, we maintain your store mapping configurations and sync history logs for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you uninstall the App, we automatically purge active OAuth access tokens and API credentials within 48 hours according to Shopify data protection guidelines.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
