Welcome to Fluxora ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install and use the Fluxora Shopify App.

1. Information We Collect

• Shopify Account Data: Your shop domain, shop owner email, chosen locale, and OAuth access tokens.
• Shopify Store Content: Read and write access to Products, Variants, Inventory, Orders, and Customers.
• API Configuration Data: External API endpoint URLs, JSON paths, custom transformation scripts, and HTTP headers.
• Usage & Telemetry: Logs of import rows, success/failure counts, product sync volumes, and error messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform real-time and scheduled background data synchronization.
• To apply your conditional logic rules and field mappings accurately.
• To monitor usage against your selected billing plan.
• To debug failing imports and provide technical support.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Fluxora retains mapping configurations, API settings, and import history as long as the App remains installed. If you uninstall the App, we purge active access tokens and external API credentials within 48 hours. Historical sync logs are anonymized or deleted after 30 days.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive API headers and mapped data. Databases are encrypted at rest, and all data transfers occur over secure TLS/HTTPS connections.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your store data. Data is only shared with our secure hosting providers necessary to run the service.
