Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fluxora Shopify App (the "App"), developed to synchronize external APIs and file data with Shopify. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Permitted Use

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or perform unauthorized scraping of third-party APIs.
• Circumvent or attempt to manipulate the billing and usage metering mechanisms built into the App.

2. Third-Party API Integrations

Fluxora acts as a conduit between your Shopify store and external data sources (APIs, CSV drops, ERP systems). You represent and warrant that you have the explicit legal right and necessary permissions to access, import, and manipulate data from any third-party endpoints you configure within Fluxora. We are not responsible for API rate limit bans, data corruption, or policy violations enforced by your external data providers.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage Limits

The App is offered on a subscription basis, billed directly through the Shopify Billing API. Plans are tiered based on metrics such as the number of synchronized products and the frequency of sync schedules. If your usage exceeds your current plan's limits, the App may pause background synchronization until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins. All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by Shopify's app refund policies.

4. Data Accuracy and Liability

While Fluxora strives for high reliability and 99.9% uptime, data synchronization is subject to network latency, Shopify API availability, and external API stability. We do not guarantee that synchronization will be perfectly real-time or error-free. Fluxora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from out-of-sync inventory, incorrect pricing updates, or lost sales. It is your responsibility to review sync history logs and set up appropriate mapping fallbacks.

5. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we detect abusive API traffic originating from your configured sources.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app banner. Your continued use of the App following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
